I enjoy coming to your facility....however....I made an appointment ro have my oil changed and ro fix a rip in my seat leather. I arrived and was told the part for my seat was not In. And that I would have ro make another appointment....even thought I told the person what was wro.g with my car when I made an the initial appointment....once there I was told the oil change would be 1 hour......I was there 2 hours and I had an appointment.....pretty disappointing.....why have an appointment if your going to be there for 2 hrs....just a thought....thank you Read More >>
